Registration: Registration: All participants require a medical evaluation, prior to participation in retreats. The medical evaluation and retreat fees are separate. You may reserve your retreat spot by booking your medical evaluation first. To book your medical evaluation, go to the Store tab on the top of our website’s menu, click on the Medical Evaluation icon to add the item to the cart and follow the steps through the payment suite.

Following the booking of your medical evaluation, you will receive an email to set up an initial consultation with Dr. Cirillo or Dr. Rojas. You will then be connected with Dr. Karen Scott’s office at Sapience Therapy via email to book your medical evaluation. You must complete the medical evaluation no later that two weeks prior to the retreat date.

Payment of retreat fees is required by one week prior to the retreat’s start date. For payment, go to the Store tab on the website’s top menu, and click on the icon of the retreat type and date of your choice.
